The Michigan State Spartans need depth at the linebacker position and help is on its way, as Samih Beydoun will head to East Lansing from the transfer portal. Beydoun will come to MSU as a preferred walk-on.
Beydoun played his high school ball in Michigan at Detroit Catholic Central in Novi. He spent last season at Army Prep and still has his full eligibility remaining.
Beydoun spoke to 247Sports’ Corey Robinson about his decision to transfer to Michigan State:
“My relationship with coaches (Mel) Tucker, (Ross) Els, (Jack) Harris, and (Scott) Aligo has been special, drawing me to East Lansing.
