East Lansing — Whomever Mel Tucker talked to after Saturday’s 49-20 loss at home to Ohio State wasn’t sugarcoating things for the Michigan State coach.
“It looked like the JV versus the varsity out there,” Tucker said on Monday, recalling the conversation about what happened at Spartan Stadium, a game that proved to be the fourth straight loss for the Spartans (2-4, 0-3 Big Ten) as they prepare to host Wisconsin at 4 p.m. on Saturday.
