EAST LANSING - Justice Alexander is now heading into his fourth season at Michigan State.
The redshirt junior defensive end has appeared in only two games and recorded just four tackles.
However, as the Spartans progress through spring practice, Alexander has stood out as potentially ready to take on a bigger role in the fall.
"He's been coming along very nice," Michigan State redshirt junior defensive end Kenny Willekes said last week. "He's been playing physical, he's been using his hands, so he's really developing into a player."
Alexander, 6-foot-5 and 257 pounds, said he has been focused on film work and lifting and is doing whatever coaches ask of him with a starting spot up for grabs.
