DIMONDALE -- Jaren Jackson Jr. walked around the gym at Aim High Sports on Thursday night, followed by every set of eyes in the building. His sweatpants featured a McDonald's All-American logo.
He looked at home.
For Jackson, this all new -- not in the sense that he's embarking on college at Michigan State, but that he's finally in one place and his bags are unpacked.
One of the top high school players in the country, Jackson blitzed through the last year of his life. He transferred in July 2016 from Park Tudor High School in Indianapolis to La Lumiere School in La Porte, Indiana, going out on his own and moving into a dorm at the school, all while playing on the AAU circuit.
