EAST LANSING - Clinging to a three-point lead late in the fourth quarter, Michigan State was attempting to close out a Big Ten win.
Instead of running out the clock for a narrow victory, Jalen Nailor scored on a 48-yard reception to push the Spartans to a 23-13 win against Purdue on Saturday.

Michigan State had a seven-point lead late in the fourth quarter against Indiana on Sept. 22 before Nailor's 75-yard touchdown run led to a 35-21 victory.
Prior to the win against Purdue, the true freshman wide receiver from Las Vegas hadn't touched the ball since the late score at Indiana.
