Jalen Nailor was committed to Arizona State.
The 2018 three-star wide receiver from Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas had already taken his official visit and was set to join the Sun Devils.
Then Arizona State coach Todd Graham was fired and Nailor started hearing from the Spartans.
Then a pair of Michigan State receivers decided to transfer.
In a little more than two months, Nailor went from being committed to Arizona State to signing a national letter of intent with Michigan State.
"It was just once I visited there, seeing how they operated with their recruits, it really made it feel like a family and they really took me in," Nailor said.
