EAST LANSING, Mich. – The cachet that comes with being a two-way player appeals to Michigan State wide receiver Donnie Corley as much as making catches does.
In addition to his two receptions for 13 yards and a touchdown in last week’s game against Michigan, the true freshman twofer also made his Spartan debut as a defensive back.
“It’s kind of crazy right now, but I like it a lot and I want to continue doing it,” said Corley, who is second on the team in both catches (23) and receiving yards (323).
