EAST LANSING, Mich. – Some players get tunnel vision the first time they take the field in a critical role. Others find it hard to breathe. Still others suffer from a sudden case of amnesia and can’t remember plays.
Michigan State offensive tackle Dennis Finley drew a holding penalty early in the third quarter of last Saturday’s 30-10 victory against Central Michigan.
“From that point, I was like, OK, it’s time to step it up and finish the game out strong,” said the towering, 6-foot-6, 305-pound redshirt sophomore.
