The Michigan State Spartans wrap up the regular season today against their “traditional” end of season rival the Penn State Nittany Lions. 2020 has graced us with a return of the Land Grant Trophy matchup after Jim Delaney’s God-forsaken abomination of forcing a home-and-home end of season series against Rutgers and then just the front end in East Lansing against Maryland before COVID cancelled that arrangement this season. If the Spartans could get the Big Ten to give us the Ohio State light treatment moving forward and scrap this stupid arrangement of Rutgers then Maryland from 2021-2023, that would be fantastic.
