Four-star defensive end Khalid Kareem committed to Michigan State just a couple of months ago, and all was right with the world. The Spartans were getting one of the best players in the state of Michigan and a guy who had just finished his junior season with 85 tackles and 19 sacks.
About a week after he committed, the 6-foot-4, 240-pound mammoth of a defensive end decided it was too early and recanted his prior verbal.
Spartan Nation was quick to ask questions as to why he would decommit, or as he called it “uncommitted,” from Michigan State just says after giving his word to the program.
