The bad news just won’t stop, will it?
While it doesn’t directly affect the MSU Football program, a former player and captain, linebacker Max Bullough was suspended four games today by the NFL for a failed drug test.
Bullough was an All-American and one of the most prolific tacklers in MSU history but was not without his flaws. The former captain was infamously suspended for the 2013 Rose Bowl victory over Stanford for a “violation for team rules”. Speculation was rampant, however, with a possible failed drug test being one of the popular theories. Years later, those suspicions seem to gather a little more steam.
