Another Michigan State football player in the NCAA transfer portal has found a new home. And Dimitri Douglas is not going too far away.
The Saline native announced via Twitter on Friday that he will transfer to Eastern Michigan. Douglas, a 6-foot-4, 277-pound redshirt freshman offensive lineman, was a first-team Division 1 all-state selection by the Free Press in 2017.
He did not play for the Spartans this season.
The Eagles and coach Chris Creighton completed their 6-7 season on Thursday with a 34-30 loss to Pitt in the Quick Lane Bowl at Ford Field.
