For a former second-round pick, Jerel Worthy has never really found a home in the NFL.
And now he's looking for a new one after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers released the former Michigan State defensive tackle this week.
Tampa Bay was Worthy's fifth team since being drafted by the Green Bay Packers in 2012.
In 40 career NFL games, including four starts, he's had 35 tackles and 3.5 sacks.
Worthy played for the Packers, Buffalo Bills and Packers, but also spent time in training camps with the Detroit Lions and New England Patriots.
He had appeared in all four of the Buccaneers' games this season before his release.
