For the past year, the Michigan State guard has been toiling in practice gyms, dazzling his teammates with his athleticism and innate scoring ability. But as a NCAA transfer, he was confined to the bench once the real games started.
As he prepares to suit up for the Spartans for the first time in their season opener Friday against Florida Atlantic, count Tom Izzo among the many interested to see if Harris can turn those standout practices into standout games.
