Dwan Mathis calls Ohio State 'perfect fit' after flipping from Michigan State

Oak Park four-star quarterback Dwan Mathis has a change of plans, saying he will play football at Ohio State instead of Michigan State.

Mathis, who committed to MSU last fall, made his decision known on Twitter Sunday that he was flipping.

Mathis received an offer before he ever started high school when he was offered by Akron. He started his prep career at Belleville before moving on to play for Greg Carter at Oak Park his sophomore year.

Mathis, a 6-4, 200-pound dual-threat quarterback, took his official visit to Columbus to be a part of Ohio State’s Friday Night Lights camp.
