Spartans football coach Mark Dantonio speaks to reporters, looking back at the Cotton Bowl loss on Jan. 15, 2016. By Joe Rexrode, DFP.
EAST LANSING -- Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio held a news conference today for the first time since his team's 38-0 loss to Alabama in the Cotton Bowl national semifinal on Dec. 31, and he went through the Spartans' issues in all phases of the game, at times in great detail.
"I've got to have some closure, too," Dantonio said, but the news conference also acted as an introduction for the record eight members of MSU's 2016 recruiting class who have enrolled early this semester.
