EAST LANSING -- Connor Cook's right shoulder will be discussed plenty before it goes to work Dec. 31 against Alabama, and he had positive things to say about it today.
"These last two days of practice I've felt really good, the best I've felt since the injury," the Michigan State senior quarterback said of a shoulder he sprained in a Nov. 14 win over Maryland.
Asked if he thinks that shoulder can be 100% healthy in time for the Cotton Bowl semifinal between the No. 3 Spartans (12-1) and No. 2 Crimson Tide (12-1), Cook said: "Oh, for sure.
