Following Saturday’s 52-26 victory against Big Ten rival Indiana, the No. 6 Spartans' starting quarterback Connor Cook has been named Big Ten Co-Offensive Player of The Week.
Cook had a huge game against the Hoosiers, setting many career highs and even broke a couple of school records.
Cook had career-highs in passing yards (398), pass completions (30), pass attempts (52), and tied his career best with four touchdown passes. Cook’s 398 passing yards was only two yards short of setting a school record, previously set by Bill Burke (400 passing yards) in 1999 against University of Michigan.
