The news keeps getting worse in East Lansing, where Joe Bachie, Michigan State football’s starting middle linebacker, was ruled ineligible by the Big Ten for failing a drug test. Bachie tested positive for a banned supplement classified as performance-enhancing.
Neither the conference nor MSU offered up how long Bachie will be ineligible. Mark Dantonio released a statement stating the school would appeal the ruling.
