Jayhawks athletic director Sheahon Zenger announced Wednesday that plans are moving forward to renovate Memorial Stadium and build an indoor practice facility.
That's great, but at what cost for a program that hasn't won more than one conference game in a season since 2008? A mere $300 million. Three. Hundred. Million.
