College basketball becoming unwatchable because of fouls

Take notes, NCAA. College basketball is becoming increasingly difficult to watch because of the remarkable amount of foul calls that occur during a normal game. I’m not one to blame refs for a loss, but Sunday afternoon’s Michigan State vs Wisconsin game was decided by one thing: the whistle.

Michigan State, normally a physical team, was trying to back off, but the refs were still calling those “touch” fouls which college basketball has been trying to enforce this season, for some reason or another.
