EAST LANSING — Michigan State basketball senior guard Cassius Winston had the ball on the break, dribbling up court in the Breslin Center, pushing through his grief and pain, or maybe, momentarily suppressing it, in the one place that still made sense to him.
Less than 24 hours after his younger brother Zachary died after being struck by a train, Cassius Winston decided to play on Sunday night.
