Cassius Winston is a consensus second-team All-American for the second straight year and joined rare company in Michigan State basketball history.
The senior point guard earned a spot on the National Association of Basketball Coaches squad Tuesday, his fourth second-team All-American selection among the four voting bodies that qualify for consensus status. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound Detroit native also earned a second-team spot from the U.S. Basketball Writers Association, The Associated Press and The Sporting News.

Winston joins Mateen Cleaves is the only other player in MSU history to be a consensus All-American multiple times — second-team in 1998 and first-team in both 1999 and 2000.
