Circle Thursday on the calendar, because that could potentially prove to be one of the most important days of the season for Michigan State’s football team, even if there are no games taking place until September.
On Thursday, linebacker Ed Davis is likely to announce his fate and whether he will be granted a sixth year of eligibility by the NCAA.
As many know, Davis was projected to be one of MSU’s best defensive players at linebacker last year and middle round prospect for the 2016 NFL Draft until he tore an ACL in an August practice last year and missed the entire season.
