EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State’s game against Notre Dame on Saturday, Sept. 17 has been set for a 7:30 p.m. start in Notre Dame Stadium. The game will be televised nationally on NBC.
The 2016 game marks the 78th meeting between Michigan State and Notre Dame and the first since 2013. The Irish lead the all-time series 48-28-1, including a 29-13 record in games played in Notre Dame. The Spartans have won 10 of the last 17 meetings in the series.
