A tough start to the recruiting day for Michigan State was aided with a nice bounce back out of Louisiana.
Four-star wide receiver Keon Coleman committed to the green and white after a lengthy recruiting battle against suitors like Texas, USC, Houston, Ole Miss, Virginia Tech, Tulane and others.
The 6-foot-4 wide receiver will add some much-needed height to MSU’s already-talented receiver corps. His frame and speed could allow him to be an instant impact guy should he breakthrough a somewhat crowded depth chart early on.
Coleman marks the second four-star commit for the 2021 class, joining linebacker Ma’a Gaoteote.
