EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State fifth-year senior center Jack Allen, fifth-year senior defensive end Shilique Calhoun and junior offensive tackle Jack Conklin have been named to the 2015 Rotary Lombardi Award Watch List. The Rotary Lombardi Award has been presented to college football’s top lineman since 1970. Last season, Calhoun was selected as one of 12 semifinalists for the Rotary Lombardi Award.
The 146-player Rotary Lombardi Award Watch List features 13 players from the Big Ten (five offensive linemen, four defensive linemen and four linebackers).
Last week, both Allen and Conklin were named to the preseason watch list for the Outland Trophy, presented by the Football Writers Association of America to college football’s most outstanding interior lineman.
