The Michigan State Spartans have their quarterback for the 2021 class, as three-star prospect Hampton Fay announced his verbal commitment on Saturday night.
Fay, a 6-foot-5, 210-pound pro-style quarterback, will come to East Lansing all the way from Fort Worth, Texas (All Saints’ Episcopal). He is now the seventh commit in Michigan State’s 2021 class, and the third on the offensive side of the ball.
Michigan State head coach Mel Tucker and offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Jay Johnson have been interested in Fay for a while. In fact, he was originally offered by the coaching duo in January while they were still at Colorado.
