Another chance to get a look at the club’s potential pitching future is coming during the All-Star break.
Jorge Guzman, the Marlins’ No. 3 overall prospect per MLBPipeline.com, will compete in the upcoming MLB All-Star Futures Game on July 15 at 4 p.m. at Nationals Park.
Guzman, a22-year old Dominican right-hander who’s been touted for his plus-100 mph fastball, will represent the World Team and will be the Marlins’ lone representative.
