The Miami Marlins’ marketing team seems to be taking a page from the pop-star playbook by teasing its new releases with cryptic social media posts.
In the Marlins’ case, it’s new release is, apparently, the unveiling of its new uniforms on Thursday, Nov. 15.
The team did away with their orange jerseys at the beginning of the 2018 baseball season, leaving some fans bored with the remaining black, white and gray options.
Many longed for a return to the classic teal color scheme. They did not quite get their wish.
