The last time Giancarlo Stanton took the field at Miller Park, the All-Star slugger’s night ended in tragedy. An inch higher at most, and he might have never played again on any field. Many watching, in attendance and at home, understandably wondered, if he did come back, if he’d ever be the same.
Tonight though, Stanton left Brewers fans with no doubt that he’s still at the top of his game.
