And while he might reciprocate the feeling, it doesn’t seem Stanton will miss other things about his time in Miami.
Shortly after it was formally announced Stanton had been traded to the New York Yankees on Monday afternoon, Stanton posted a farewell message to Miami fans on his Instagram account.
In the post, Stanton thanks the fans, his teammates, coaches, the Marlins’ organization and the city of Miami.
