MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The Miami Marlins are in search of a new manager after announcing that general manager-turned-manager Dan Jennings would be returning to the front office in 2016.
While the Marlins have interviewed several candidates already, such as Manny Acta, Larry Bowa and Bo Porter, there is another guy that has been linked to the team for the past several weeks.
Even before he “mutually parted ways” with the Los Angeles Dodgers, Don Mattingly has seen his name consistently brought up regarding the Marlins’ managerial opening.
