It started as a conversation in the Fish Stripes Slack channel. I hadn’t noticed, but most of the staff was in agreement: FOX Sports Florida’s Paul Severino and Todd Hollandsworth sound a lot alike.
That makes some sense. Severino was born and raised in Connecticut; although Hollandsworth’s family made several moves during his childhood, most of his formative years were spent in New Jersey. So you could understand why they speak with similar accents. And with only a 10-year age gap, there’s not much difference in the pitch of their voices, either.
