MLB Scores: Marlins 6, Cardinals 4

In a game where starter David Phelps left due to injury with a two-run deficit and one out in the third inning, the Miami Marlins received productivity from a number of unlikely places to take down the MLB-leading St. Louis Cardinals 6-4.

Returning to the number three slot, left fielder Derek Dietrich was a huge contributor to Miami's win as he went 2-for-4 with three RBIs and the game's momentum-shifting hit in the fifth.

Things were looking good for the Fish out of the gate as they were able to get to starter Carlos Martinez early with a run in the first inning.
