Justin Nicolino heads back to Triple-A in the corresponding roster move.
Miami's bullpen received an upgrade on Tuesday afternoon. The Marlins announced they reinstated Bryan Morris from the disabled list and optioned Justin Nicolino to Triple-A in the corresponding roster move.
Morris, 28, posted a 3.95 ERA and 3.61 FIP over 27.1 innings before going down. He had success after being acquired from the Pirates last season and should help the Marlins' bullpen late in games.
Nicolino pitched well in his major league debut but subsequently struggled against the Dodgers.
