The Miami Marlins held a press conference on Monday morning introducing Don Mattingly as their new manager. At thepress conference Mattingly said he hopes to be a mainstay at the manager position for the next ten years.
At the press conference Mattingly said that he expects Tim Wallach to follow him over to Miami from Los Angeles and become the club's new bench coach. The club is also expected to bring back some of their own staff, including infield coach Perry Hill.
After much certainty surrounding the general manager position, the Marlins confirmed that Dan Jennings would not return in any role.
