Here’s yesterday’s farm report if you missed it.
Triple-A Pacific Coast League
New Orleans Baby Cakes 3, Sacramento RiverCats 0
Dillon Peters (1-3, 7.00) lasted seven innings at home against the RiverCats (33-37), shutting them out on three hits. He walked two and struck out seven in front of 2,227 at Shrine on Airline. I’m sure he’s ready to rejoin the Miami Marlins at their earliest conveinence.
Peters put 59-of-86 pitches over the plate, earning a 79 GameScore. Mike Kickham pitched a scoreless inning of relief, and Javy Guerra earned his third save of the year.
