But Giancarlo Stanton did end up two-for-six, with three strikeouts. And his team did eventually beat the good guys, although it took overtime.
After Miami Marlins starter Pablo Lopez struck out Brett Gardner on a 1-2 curveball, Stanton was greeted warmly by a partisan crowd at Marlins Park.
