When Jarred Cosart won a spot in the Marlins' rotation this spring, it appeared he would be a consistent starting option for the Marlins to turn to.
After being plagued by vertigo-type symptoms for much of 2015, it looked like Cosart would be back on track this season. But he struggled over the course of his first few starts and was ultimately optioned to Triple-A New Orleans.
Miami wants Cosart back in the rotation this season, according to Barry Jackson of The Miami Herald, but he has not had much success since being demoted.
