Miami Marlins Earn Split With New York Yankees

The Miami Marlins fell in 12 innings last night, then for the second time this season came back to earn a two-game split with the Bronx Bombers.

Trevor Richards kept the Yankees hitless through the first 3 2/3 innings before Neil Walker doubled home Aaron Hicks for a 1-0 fourth inning New York lead. In the sixth, Walker drove Brett Gardner home with a sacrifice fly to make it 2-0.
