Welcome to Friday’s Marlins (10-9, -26 RD) vs. Guardians (10-9 -3 RD) game thread. This is Miami’s first meeting with Cleveland since the latter rebranded. As feared, rain has interfered with the original schedule. The series opener was postponed and will be made up on Saturday at 3:10 p.m. as part of a traditional doubleheader.
