LITTLE HAVANA (CBSMiami) — The countdown to Opening Day is on for baseball fans as the Miami Marlins host the New York Yankees in the final series of spring training this weekend.
It’s the first time fans are getting to see the Marlins in Miami since the end of last season, including the unofficial debut of new skipper Don Mattingly and hitting coach Barry Bonds.
On Friday, the roof was opened as Marlins ace Jose Fernandez is scheduled to pitch three innings.
