A big lead turned into a big meltdown for the Marlins.
Nothing is going right for the struggling Marlins, who watched a 7-1 lead evaporate into an 8-7 loss to the Mets on Friday at Citi Field when the bullpen stumbled late.
The result was their eighth loss over their past 10 games.
