Usually one of the final orders of business before Spring Training kicks off, the Marlins have announced the 2019 coaching staffs assigned to each of their minor league affiliates. Double-A Jacksonville and High-A Jupiter were among those to previously share their decisions in recent weeks. Now, all seven rosters are accounted for.

Managers Kevin Randel, Todd Pratt and Mike Jacobs each earned promotions to higher levels of competition. Randel’s Jupiter Hammerheads were the lone full-season affiliate to post a winning record in 2018.
