The Miami Marlins posted a 2-4 record this week, losing the series finale to the Tampa Bay Rays, splitting a two game set against the Atlanta Braves, then losing two of the first three games in their current four game series against the Washington Nationals. The seven levels of minor league ball went a collective 21-22. The DSL and GCL Marlins went 4-2 each, and were the only affiliates to finish above .500. The New Orleans Baby Cakes and the Jupiter Hammerheads went 3-3 and the Greensboro Grasshoppers were 4-4, neither winners nor losers in the grand balance of things.
