Jordan Yamamoto Electric in Miami Marlins Win

In his major league debut last week, Jordan Yamamoto allowed three hits and two walks for no runs over seven frames against the St. Louis Cardinals, and led the Miami Marlins to a 9-0 victory.

In his second game, against the same team, no less, he surrendered two hits and two walks over another seven scoreless innings. Widely considered a toss-in for the Miami Marlins in the Christian Yelich deal (along with Lewis Brinson, Monte Harrison, and Isan Diaz), Yamamoto is proving there was more than meets the eye.
