Zac Gallen was the main story for the New Orleans Baby Cakes in his first start of the season. Gallen put 60-of-87 pitches in the strike zone, while allowing no hits and no walks and striking out 11. Jarlin Garcia followed by striking out the side in a perfect eighth, and Tommy Eveld (after surrendering the first Round Rock hit of the game, a ninth-inning leadoff homer) struck out the side in the ninth for the save.
