He threw five innings of one-run ball, with the only run allowed on a homer. In the meantime, he struck out five hitters and walked three. It was the second straight decent outing for starter Phelps, who was moved from his back-of-the-bullpen role he adapted early in the season to the rotation due to ongoing injury issues in Miami.
