With the release of the 2020 Major League Baseball schedule on Monday, it was learned that the Miami Marlins will be leaving the continental United States next season. The Marlins will close the month of April in San Juan, Puerto Rico for a three-game series with the New York Mets. Miami will be the home team for the three games.
The Puerto Rico Series will mark the fourth time in club history that the Marlins have played regular season home games outside of South Florida. Here’s a look at the three prior occasions.
